Market Stall Vendor Indemnity

Event: Soweto 76 Walkathon Youth Entrepreneurship Market — 10 October 2026 — Basa Combined School, Protea Glen.

1. Trading

I apply to trade at the market stall area. Stall fee is R400 after verification. Allocation is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and a ticket is issued.

2. Compliance

If I sell food or beverage, I will hold and produce a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) and comply with municipal health rules. I will not sell prohibited goods.

3. Site rules

I will set up and pack down as directed, keep my area clean, and follow safety and marshal instructions.

4. Indemnity

I trade at my own commercial risk. I indemnify Walkathon NPC t/a Soweto 76 Walkathon against claims arising from my products, staff, or stall operations, except for the organisers’ gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Data

I consent to processing of my application data for event administration under POPIA.
